Our diverse range of activities is aimed at athletes of all ages and abilities. We offer both a competitive program for dedicated swimmers and families, as well as recreational groups for those looking for a more flexible commitment. In addition to the sports teams in the club, our swimming school offers various beginner courses for young and old water lovers who would like to try their hand at Artistic Swimming.
The Land & Water Sports Camp will once again be one of a kind! It offers a week of
fun, excitement and new discoveries for children aged 9 to 12. During the camp,
children can explore water sports, ultimate Frisbee and freestyle soccer (with three-time
Swiss champion Marc Jonin). It's sure to be an unforgettable week. A healthy lunch is

Artistic Swimming

Our multi-sport Artistic Swimming course is aimed at children aged 5 to 11.
It teaches swimming techniques such as breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle swimming,
promotes agility and strength with targeted gymnastic exercises and introduces children
to the basics of artistic swimming in a fun way.

Water Sports Exploration
ASB offers the Water Sports Exploration course for adventurous children aged 9 and
over who want to discover different disciplines. In this course, children not only
improve their swimming technique, but also learn the basics of artistic swimming
and water polo.

Our courses follow the Swiss Aquatics Kids training system. This system is
based on the latest findings in sports pedagogy and swimming technique. The
multi-sport, game-based learning method should enable children to learn to swim
without pressure and with a great deal of fun. Each child receives his or her own
Kids Pass. This passport accompanies children through all levels of training
(levels 1-4 Basics, 5-10 Advanced and level 1a/1b Artistic Swimming). For each
level, children receive a medal which they can stick on their Kids Pass in the form
of a sticker. Once the children's courses are over, it's possible to continue
swimming in a club sports team and take part in competitions.

Our dedicated athletes train in the competitive sports teams with the aim of
achieving the best possible performance at national competitions and becoming
part of the national squad.
The athletes' sporting careers begin in the junior category (U12) and continue
through the youth category (U15) and junior category (U19) to the elite category.
In the recreational teams, we offer swimmers the chance to practice our sport with less training. Here, too, it's possible to hone your skills and take part in regional competitions. The door to the competitive sports team is always open. After the kids' category, swimmers continue their sporting careers in the youth and junior categories, with the aim of enjoying the sport.
Our Masters team consists of former swimmers who want to continue practising the sport with passion, joy and fun. They train once or twice a week. They take part in smaller regional cups with their unique freestyle routines. One of their goals is the Swiss Masters Championships. In recent years, they have already taken home the title several times in the solo, duet, team and combo categories.
Since 1950, our annual gala has thrilled audiences with a spectacular show that enchants over 800 spectators every November. The hour-long performance, lovingly created by our coaches and producers, combines music and lights to celebrate the elegance of our sport. Join us and experience the magic of our next gala!
